Return and Refund

The Coachfilters gladly accepts returns of unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 30 days* of the arrival date.

OVERVIEW:

  • 30 Days Return Warranty is counting from the date you receive the package.
  • Items should be completed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

RETURNS

  • All returns must be received *within 30 days* of the arrival date.
  • All returns must be authorized by the customer support team. Return without authorization is not accepted and the customer is fully responsible.
  • We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs. And, we also do not charge any return handling fees.
  • All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer.  

WE ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

  • The product received is of poor quality.
  • The product was damaged before receipt.
  • We sent the wrong package.
  • Other situations are caused by operational errors of CoachFilters.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

  • The product has been used or cannot be sold again.
  • The wrong order was placed due to a customer operation error.
  • The product is damaged due to improper operation by the customer.
  • Other situations are caused by the improper operation of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN:

  • CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASK FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION FIRST. Email Address: [email protected]
  • Fill out the return form that includes your order ID and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. 
  • At this time, we do not provide return labels. We suggest using USPS.
  • Hold on to your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return.
  • Once we receive your return, our customer service will offer a refund or exchange within 24 hours.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • You will receive your refund on the same account that you used to pay for your order. It usually takes around 7-14 business days (Credit card) or 48 hours (Paypal) for the money to arrive, entirely depending on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
